Common questions about getting in touch

Is the intro call really free, with no obligation?

Yes. Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch deck, no follow-up sales sequence. If we’re a fit, I’ll send a proposal afterwards. If not, you’ve had thirty minutes of senior SEO thinking applied to your firm.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. If you want one in place before the call, send it across when you book and I’ll sign and return it the same day. Most clients don’t need one for the intro call, but I’m happy to.

Can we just discuss pricing by email?

Pricing depends on starting position, scope and timeline — so I can’t quote sensibly without a short conversation first. The intro call is the fastest way to get to a number that means something.

What if I’m researching for a budget conversation later?

Useful for both of us. Tell me on the call what you’re working towards and I’ll give you a sensible spend range for your sector and starting point. You can take that to whoever holds the budget.

I’m not sure I need an SEO consultant yet — should I still book?

If you’re commercially aware enough to be reading this page, you probably know enough to have a useful call. I’d rather you book and find out you don’t need me than wait six months and lose ground.
